We at VRaZ intend to bring about quality changes in all our students so that they are capable of adding same value to the society in their own unique ways. VRaZ endeavours to bring an environment for students which not only helps them in their overall development but also motivates them to achieve their full potential. It is a student centered establishment which also focuses on creating a team which resonates with our vision so that we can reach more students in need of quality education.
Founder story
VRaz Academy is an institute founded in 2020 by Vikas Mahajan and Ramswaroop Choudhary, both mechanical engineers from lIT ISM Dhanbad in their mid twenties.
While they were a part of a renowned institute as a Faculty they found many loopholes in the functioning of the institute and so they started helping students out of their working hours in their studies and preparations but felt restricted because of the system. Their helplessness in doing something for the students and seeing students not being able to achieve their 100% potential motivated them to come up with something of their own where they could work at their own terms and help students in giving their best.
In 2020, they came up with their own institute VRaZ Academy. Just after 7 days of coming up with VRaZ, all of us faced lockdown and had to shift everything online. Despite the hardships that we faced during this time we were able to give spectacular results in the first year itself all because of the immense support and dedication of our faculties and huge efforts from our students. During our initial days we received great response and support from parents of our students as well, which kept us motivated during every crisis we faced.
These results made us believe in ourselves even more and we realised that if we work diligently every coming year we will be able to transform lives of many students in need of quality education. With each passing year we worked harder and became the institute with the best success ratio in Maharashtra.
We started getting recognised by people due to positive feedbacks from parents and students. Our VRaZ family kept growing organically because of which we were able to open two centres in 2 years. In today’s time, VRaZ is the most trusted institute in Thane for preparation of competitive exams.
We also wanted to be accessible to students from all over the country and keeping that in mind we came up with Residential Programmes.
We aim at giving our best in the coming years so that we are able to transform lives of many more students and most importantly associate with people carrying the same vision. We want to give them the freedom to work purely for the students so that the people associated with us never face problems that we faced while working in an institute.
