Terms and Conditions – Razorpay Activation for VRAZ ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the activation of Razorpay payment processing services for VRAZ ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED (“VRAZ Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By activating and using the Razorpay payment processing services through VRAZ Academy, you (“Merchant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Activation of Razorpay Services:
1.1. By activating Razorpay payment processing services through VRAZ Academy, you grant us the authority to act as your agent for the purpose of processing payments on your behalf.
1.2. You acknowledge and agree that the use of Razorpay services is subject to the terms and conditions of Razorpay, which can be found on their official website.
1.3. VRAZ Academy reserves the right to decline or terminate the activation of Razorpay services at its sole discretion, without providing any reason.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. All refund requests related to payments processed through Razorpay will be handled according to VRAZ Academy’s refund policy.
2.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to choudharyram96@gmail.com within 2 days of the payment transaction. The request must include the relevant transaction details, including the transaction ID, date, and the reason for the refund.
2.3. VRAZ Academy will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
2.4. In cases where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed by VRAZ Academy within [number] business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
